Our fees:

$35.00 Application Fee.
$350.00 Security Deposit (Up to $300.00 refundable after move-out, depending upon damages).
Water: $20.00 1st Person, $5.00 each additional
Our Pet Fee is $300.00 for one pet and an additional $150.00 for a second pet.
We are pet friendly, although management would like to meet your pet prior to approval. From Chinchilla's to Great Dane's, most pets are welcome here!
